Brad Mitchell

To All Unit Owners:

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brad Mitchell, and I am the owner of unit #1711. I am running for the Turnberry board of directors, for the 2009 year, and I felt it necessary to give you all a little bit of personal background history. I have been a unit owner here since August of 2005.

I was a financial adviser for seven years, before returning to school to receive my degree in Business Administration. I will be beginning my first year of law school in the fall of 2009. I think we can all agree that these are very turbulent times for all of us. Our property values, as well as our investments are down, whether they be in real estate or in the stock market.

Turnberry’s unit values have plummeted along with the rest of the market, but I do remain optimistic. We have a truly spectacular property that has the potential to bounce back dramatically from the recent downturn. I think the most important point I can make at this time is that we need quality leadership now more than ever, in order to bring our values back up and maintain a high functioning operation. I do not think it is something all of us cannot accomplish TOGETHER.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, our new manager, and I truly believe that by working with him, and a good board team, we can really get things moving in the right direction. I want to make it very clear that this is my primary home, and I have a fully vested interest in the property. This is not an investment property for me, and I am planning on being here for a long time. I am raising my 12 month old daughter here, and I am committed to making sure Turnberry is the best it can be. There are many challenges indeed, among them collecting very past due maintenance. These are things that can be handled, and I can assure you that if I am elected, I will be very aggressive working on your behalf.

As a director, I will work with my team to ensure that EVERYONE properly pays their dues, and respects the rules and regulations of this building. I will not have all the answers initially, but I will meet with each member of the Turnberry staff to get as much input as I can. I will also make sure to be available at all times whether by e-mail or phone to resolve any issues that may come up. I have attached my resume to this e-mail as well. I hope to get your support so we can turn things around promptly in 2009. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you all very much for your time.
