Ladies and Gentlemen,
As you have been informed before, the Association is in the process of installing the marble in the elevator areas as well as the carpet in the hallways. Those upgrades will affect from 3rd to the 26th floor. Please be advised that the dark marble and the carpet arrived and have been stored on Association property. We are expecting the golden marble to arrive around July, 25th, 2013. The installation process will start at the beginning of August 2013 and will require 7 – 9 business days per floor. The Board of Directors appreciates your patience and co-operation during this long installation project.
