On March 12, 2011, the Board of Directors negotiated and renewed the flood insurance for the Association. The budgeted cost of the renewal policy premium was $540,000. The Board used free competition between three brokerage firms, to negotiate the price at $404,000 per year premium. To preview or download the renewal, click on FLOOD INSURANCE CERTIFICATE . In order to issue the home owner’s insurance, most companies are required to provide the FIRE SPRINKLER CERTIFICATE .
