Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is a pleasure to inform you that the Board of Directors have negotiated terms with Atlantic Broadband for the following 7 years:
As per the new terms, Atlantic Broadband will rewire the entire building to Fiber optic cable “Fiber To The Unit” (FTTU).  This part of the project will cost $316,000 and may take anywhere from 5 to 6 months to complete. Upon the completion of the rewiring project, Atlantic Broadband will provide:

  • One (1) TiVo DVR with one Voice Remote
  • More TV Programing: 300+ Channels with 100+ in HD
  • Premium Movie Channels –HBO and Showtime
  • Premier Internet 250 Mbps with further speeding up to 1 Gbps.
  • Home Network (Wifi) and Gateway
  • Wire Maintenance –No charge for service calls
