In the month of February, 2015 the Association completed the New carpet installation project which cost $243,000 and was the most expensive project this year. More than 43,000 sq. ft. of the new carpet, imported from UK was installed in the entire building. The installation took about 7 month. The project was financed from the reserved funds. No special assessment was required.<\/p>\n

As you have been informed before, the Association is in the process of installing the marble in the elevator areas as well as the carpet in the hallways. Those upgrades will affect from 3rd to the 26th floor. Please be advised that the dark marble and the carpet arrived and have been stored on Association property. We are expecting the golden marble to arrive around July, 25th, 2013. The installation process will start at the beginning of August 2013 and will require 7 \u2013 9 business days per floor. The Board of Directors appreciates your patience and co-operation during this long installation project.<\/p>\n

-As previously announced, the Association has been working on the purchase and the replacement of the carpet in the entire building. Since this project began September, 2011, we have spent hundreds of hours on\u00a0 picking the design, quality, manufacturers and the company for the installation.\u00a0 We are glad to announce that the carpet project is now in the last stage.\u00a0 It was made in the United Kingdom and arrived in New Jersey seaport and is currently going through US customs. Installation will take place April, 2013.<\/p>\n
