On August 21nd<\/sup>, 2016, the Miami-Dade County property Appraiser mailed your Notice\u00a0of Proposed Property Tax<\/a> <\/span>(TRIM), which has important information regarding your property taxes. We would like to let you know that you can view your TRIM notice online<\/a>.<\/span> You have to enter your property address and press enter.
\nThe property tax which each owner is obligated to pay, is calculated based on the Assessed Value. The Assessed Value is in the bottom of the form\u00a0in the red square. <\/span><\/p>\n

If your Unit number in the Turnberry on the Green Condominium ends in:\u00a0 5, 7, 10, 12 or 15 and Assessed Value is more the $255,000 you may appeal the Proposed Property Tax.
\nIf your Unit number in Turnberry on the Green Condominium ends in:\u00a0 4, 8, 9, 13 and 14 and the Assessed Value is more than $339,000 you may appeal the Proposed Property Tax.
\nIf your Unit number in Turnberry on the Green Condominium ends in: 1, 2, 6, and 11 and the Assessed Value is more than $200,000 you may appeal the Proposed Property Tax.<\/p>\n

The due date for appeal is 11:59 \u00a0pm September 18, 2015. In order to appeal please click here<\/a>. After you comply with the appeal form and pay the fee, you will receive note from\u00a0 Miami-Dade Value Adjustment Board with date of your hearing. If you can\u2019t attend the hearing, you may appoint a representative, who will attend the hearing on your behalf.<\/p>\n
