{"id":15688,"date":"2018-10-22T20:40:27","date_gmt":"2018-10-22T20:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/?p=15688"},"modified":"2021-11-19T20:25:09","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T20:25:09","slug":"balcony-doors-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/?p=15688","title":{"rendered":"Balcony Doors Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dear Members of the Association,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to comply with the Condominium Declaration \u00a717.6 and to avoid any violations of the Fire Life Safety Code, on the meeting that occurred on February 21<sup>st<\/sup>, 2018, the Board of Directors reviewed the bids, voted and approved the following project, which is now mandatory for each unit:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00a0Covering the work area to ensure no residue is transported throughout the unit<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Remove the sliding glass door.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Replace the original rollers, on the balcony doors, with stainless steel tandem rollers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Install stainless steel track cap, over existing rail for optimal door movement.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Replace bumper tubes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Install Sliding glass door<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cleaning of tracks and frames.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lubricate and adjust all sliding glass doors, to ensure opening is sealed and properly aligned.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Clean up work area and remove all the trash.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15689 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/balcony-door-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"691\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/balcony-door-2.jpg 691w, https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/balcony-door-2-300x89.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 691px) 100vw, 691px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association has negotiated a bulk discount to do the aforementioned work in each apartment. Residents will be informed of the installation schedule.
