{"id":19176,"date":"2023-02-25T02:12:42","date_gmt":"2023-02-25T02:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/?p=19176"},"modified":"2023-10-14T21:33:09","modified_gmt":"2023-10-14T21:33:09","slug":"garage-security","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turnberryonthegreen.com\/?p=19176","title":{"rendered":"Garage Security"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Residents,<\/p>\n<p>South Florida has been experiencing an exponential rise in crime; unfortunately, we have been affected as well.\u00a0 Currently, security at the garage is the biggest concern of the Board of Directors.\u00a0 With that in mind, we have been reviewing our safety equipment and procedures, while consulting with various professional services about enhancing our security.<\/p>\n<p>After much deliberation, the Association is planning to partner with <em>Bryant Integration Solutions <\/em>and <em>Yuka Security<\/em> to implement some of the following measures to augment our security systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eliminate tailgating \u2013 install barrier arms at South and West entry gates (note: city authorization is required)<\/li>\n<li>Implement alternative garage access devices (to eliminate garage passes)<\/li>\n<li>Anti-Passback System (garage exit security solution)<\/li>\n<li>Increase CCTV coverage by adding more cameras<\/li>\n<li>Emergency exit door alarm\/annunciation system (all garage doors)<\/li>\n<li>Upgrade access control system: replace all controllers, readers, fobs, cards, garage access tags, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Board of Directors<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 * * *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estimados residentes,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El sur de la Florida ha estado experimentando un aumento exponencial de la delincuencia; desafortunadamente, tambi\u00e9n nos hemos visto afectados.
