Please submit your Limited Proxy<\/a> on or before December 15, 2009 and vote \u201cYes\u201d to wave reserve.
\nIf you don’t do so, your monthly maintenance will go UP about 14% (average $90.00\/month) compare current assessment.<\/p>\n

Also as your President, I recommend changing the present reserve method to the Pooled method, because the old approach makes it very difficult to use reserve money. The Pooling method allows the board to use the accumulated reserve funds to pay for any authorized reserve expenditure (those items identified within the pool). Under the former method unit owner approval was required to transfer even small amounts of money from one reserve account to another.<\/p>\n

El m\u00e9todo combinado permite que la directiva use los fondos de reserva a pagar por cualquier gasto autorizado en las reservas (solo las cosas que est\u00e1n especificadas los fondos comunes de la reservas). En el m\u00e9todo actual se requiere aprobaci\u00f3n del due\u00f1o para poder transferir cantidades menores de una cuenta de reserva a otra.<\/p>\n
