Dear Members of Association,
As all of you know, our annual meeting took place on December 17, 2018. We discussed two very important subject:
- Waiving or not the statutory reserve as per F.S. 718.112(2)(f)
- Amending the Condo Declaration §13.6(a)
I’m glad to share the following results with you:
For the first subject the Counting Committee released: the 200 members voted “Yes” and 9 voted “No”. Therefor the reserve has been waived.
As far as the amendment are concern, we received 198 “Yes” and 11 “No”.
