But when I just step in lobby I heard live piano music. It’s was so beautiful, unique and I never see something like that in Florida, and I travel a lot

I have been living in this building since 2008. I should say this is one of safest, cleanest and most beautiful building. We have all the amenities, beautiful pool area, very big gym. I love this building a lot.

It is a great site. We will start use it immediately in our screening procedures.

Greg, thanks to you and the Board for all the major work, necessary or even indispensable in some cases that you all together have covered and accomplished. We will come in december when everything will mostly be done, and I believe that we are going to be pretty surprised to discover all the changes which will upscale the building, and make it safer too. It was needed, but I also understood at various Board meetings, that it was not that easy to satisfy the owners.

This is a luxury and very nice family building. The people in the Management office, the board members, the employees in maintenance and housekeeping and especially the valet staff are the best of the best. Thank you for all and continue in the same way providing a very good service in the building.

This is beautiful building and the best place for living and for working, no compare to another in south Florida .
I loved to working with the management team On this place, nice residents and wonderful board of Directors…working with this team I found new family and friends….
