If you encounter minor maintenance/repair issues (e.g., leaky faucet, malfunctioning garbage disposal, clogged sink, etc.), you may hire a licensed contractor of your choice or request service from the Association.
Please note: our maintenance team’s core function is maintaining the Building, its common areas. As a courtesy to our residents, including absentee owners, we offer limited maintenance and repair services at reasonable prices. These services are carried out during business hours after the maintenance team finishes their primary responsibilities as exemplified above.
