In a previous notice (July 21,2023) we notified you that we are establishing a new accounting platform: APPFOLIO.
Some of the biggest advantages of this platform are TRANSPARENCY and CONVENIENCE to our Residents.
Unit Owners and Tenants are now able to see their account history, with charges and payments.
Also from now on all Residents are able to view and edit their banking information, such as routing and checking accounts numbers and credit card information.
We are glad to inform you that we have completed transferring all the accounting data to the new platform.
We strongly suggest for you to log in and review all your personal and and banking information for accuracy.
If inaccurate, please correct as needed.

Below, please find the answers to the most commonly asked questions from our Residents:
QUESTION: If my payment was previously set up through ACH what should I do?
ANSWER: No further action is required. Your bank information was transferred to the new platform; therefore ACH payments will continue without interruption on the 5th of each month.
QUESTION: If I previously paid my monthly dues via check or credit card how should I proceed?
ANSWER: You no longer need to mail or bring a check to the management office, instead you can log in to APPFOLIO to make a payment online.
QUESTION: How can I pay for additional vehicle parking and other services or obligations?
ANSWER: An invoice will be created and sent via email. You will make a payment online.
Based on Condominium Declaration, Section 7.1 “Maintenance and Repairs” [All maintenance, repairs and replacements should be performed by the owner of such unit at the unit owner’s sole cost and expense.] Therefore, please do not use the MAINTENANCE REQUEST feature in the Appfolio portal.
