Ladies and Gentlemen,
In the month of February, 2015 the Association completed the New carpet installation project which cost $243,000 and was the most expensive project this year. More than 43,000 sq. ft. of the new carpet, imported from UK was installed in the entire building. The installation took about 7 month. The project was financed from the reserved funds. No special assessment was required.
