We are always thinking of the future and of those residents who love to use electric vehicles. Therefore, we have designed a plan to install electric car charging station in the 1st level of the garage, with a future plan to expand up to 4 charging stations on the roof of the garage. These charging stations will be compatible with all types of eclectic vehicles. This project is a partnership with Blink Charging company. This project was initiated in April 2023.
The charging system we use is Blink Charging, which has headquarters in Miami, and offers free upgrades of hardware and software. All of the collected funds from the charging station go to the Association as a source of income. Having multiple sources of income for the Association goes toward decreasing the Maintenance for the shareholders.
