The much anticipated “cafe” project is nearing completion. A huge amount of work has been done by our directors together with Prestige Group, (the architectural company).
The permits that have been closed: Electrical rough, Plumbing rough, Mechanical rough, Structural (Concrete/rebar) under the grease trap, Framing, Drywall, Fire Sprinklers final, Fire alarm final.

I want to share a few photos with you. Finishing is in progress, equipment and furniture have been ordered. We expect their delivery in the next two to three weeks. Over the past few months, negotiations have been held about the operator who will serve this cafe. At our request, he provided his future MENU. We are all looking forward to our cafe opening. We plan to hold piano evens, contests and competitions to make life more diverse and friendly in our common home.
