My name is Alexey Maximov, and I am the Director at Turnberry on the Green. I was born and raised in the northern part of Russia in a family of doctors. Throughout my childhood, sports accompanied me, and it helps me now to achieve goals. I earned a degree from Saint-Petersburg Economic University. Since 2011, I have successfully conducted business in the import/export industry.
I am proud to be a part of the team here at Turnberry on the Green. Having lived in different places around the globe, I can confidently say that our condominium is one of the best and has significant growth potential. My main goal as a member of the Board is to find a balance between home value and the cost of living. Our philosophy is to offer the lowest HOA payments on the market while maintaining our amenities in excellent condition. As a father of three, I understand the needs and requirements of families in a condominium. Ensuring the safety and happiness of our children is one of our top priorities.
