During the Board of Directors Meeting held on December 21, 2014, the Board of Directors discussed and voted in favor of the following changes to the Rules and Regulations which are effective immediately.
The BBQ area shall be available for exclusive use by residents for a charge of $25 for the first two hours. Each addition hour is $10
The Gazebo area shall be available for the exclusive use by residents for a charge of $30 for the first three hours. Each addition hour is $10
Only 10 visitors or guests per unit shall be allowed to use the amenities at any given time. Visitors and guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
ALL OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
These rules and regulations have been reviewed by the Association’s attorney and it has been determined that these rules and regulations have been properly enacted within the requirements of the Association’s Governing Documents as well as the provisions of Florida Statutes, Chapter 718.
