The Board used free competition between two brokerage firms, to negotiate the price at $330,000 per year premium. Please find attached the certificate of insurance. If there are any changes required such as mortgagee clause information, loan number, or any other detail you might need on the certificate, please resend the certificate of insurance request to the All Safe Insurance Certificates Department via email to: certificates@allsafeinsurance.net or by fax to 786-388-7244.
