The landscaping project is usually performed twice a year. Month of February is perfect time to do the palm tree trimming. This year, the Board has decided to not use outside vendors and to instead perform the project using our staff and tools. Our in-house gardener Alex, together with the engineering team, made this possible.
The project is complete and we have saved $6,500, which is the normal pricing had we used outside vendors.
