The responsibilities of the Board of Directors include enforcing rules, collecting fees, and managing shared areas such as lobbies, parking garages and amenities.
Go Green Recognition:
The Go Green initiative in Aventura, FL encourages responsible decisions that reduce environmental impact, save energy and lower operational costs. Our Board of Directors actively contribute to keeping our condominium “green” to receive this prestigious award. This year, the Association received our 12th Go Green Award!
Advanced Technologies:
