Request for committees

Dear unit owner:

In order to improve the quality of life in our building, the Board of Directors is planning several projects including but not limited to:

1. Improving the security system.
2. Improving the parking system.
3. Improving  the appearance of the main lobby.
4. Updating and upgrading several contracts with vendors.
5. Getting bids for replacement of the floor covering in the hallways.
6. Organizing social events for the residents.
7. Publishing of a quarterly Newsletter.

In order to achieve all of the above we need your help.  If you are talented,  willing, and able to serve on the  committees, please provide to the Management office ASAP:
The committees are as following:

1. Advisory committee
2. Decorative committee
3. Social committee
4. Greviance committee

En orden de mejorar la calidad de vida en nuestro edificio, la Junta Directiva esta planeando varios proyectos incluyendo pero no limitados a:

2. Mejora en el sistema de estacionamiento
3. Mejora el la apariencia del pasillo en la entrada principal
4. Poniendo al día o mejorando varios contractos con nuestros proveedores
5. Conseguir ofertas para el revestimiento del piso de los pasillos
6. Organización social de acontecimientos para los residentes
7. Publicar revista trimestral

Para alcanzar las metas mencionadas necesitamos de su ayuda. Si usted tiene un talento, desea y es capaz de servir en uno de los comités, por favor provea a la oficina de administración lo más pronto posible:
