Please submit your Limited Proxy on or before December 15, 2009 and vote “Yes” to wave reserve.
If you don’t do so, your monthly maintenance will go UP about 14% (average $90.00/month) compare current assessment.
Also as your President, I recommend changing the present reserve method to the Pooled method, because the old approach makes it very difficult to use reserve money. The Pooling method allows the board to use the accumulated reserve funds to pay for any authorized reserve expenditure (those items identified within the pool). Under the former method unit owner approval was required to transfer even small amounts of money from one reserve account to another.
Please stop in the Management office and fill out Limited Proxy form.

También como Presidente, recomiendo cambiar el presente método de recoger reservas al método combinado, porque el método antiguo lo hace muy difícil de usar las reservas. El método combinado permite que la directiva use los fondos de reserva a pagar por cualquier gasto autorizado en las reservas (solo las cosas que están especificadas los fondos comunes de la reservas). En el método actual se requiere aprobación del dueño para poder transferir cantidades menores de una cuenta de reserva a otra.
Por favor pase a la oficina de administración y llene su Proxy limitado
